We are delighted that our annual celebration’s so popular and this year welcomed John Hill and Julia Davies from Enny Wines Ltd to showcase a selection of wines paired with Pascal’s acclaimed celebration dinner on 21 December 2018.

The evening started with a selection of canapes and Champagne Michel Furdyna Carte Blanche NV. Guests enjoyed the party atmosphere with renowned harpest Isabella Asbjornsen entertaining them. Performing at iconic locations including Buckingham Palace, The Royal Albert Hall and Grosvenor House Isabella sparkled as she played a programme of Festive favourites including ‘Carol of the Bells’ by Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych.
A five course sumptuous menu by Chef Patron Pascal Canevet followed including Potato Espuma, Cornish Cod paired with Beaujolais Blanc Baronne du Cahtelard 2017, Venison paired with Bourgogne Rouge David Duband 2016, the renowned cheese course paired with Viognier Vignerons du Mont Ventoux 2016 , Madagascar Vanilla and White Chocoalte Bavarious paired with Cadillac Passion de la Bertrande 2008, coffee and petits fours.
