As champions of seasonal locally grown produce Karine and Pascal work together to find the highest quality ingredients. They source from exceptional suppliers, many of whom have become long lasting friends after years of working together.
Her attention to detail and a nod to the seasons with delicate flower arrangements provide the very best back drop to enjoy fine modern French cuisine. As an experienced sommelier Karine regularly adds new vintages, working closely with husband Chef Pascal to select the best pairing for his seasonal menus.
