We are delighted to be patrons of Maison Bleue. Our voyage as novice restauranteur’ started when we first opened Maison Bleue’ doors in 1998. Since then we’ve become patrons and proud to be an independent business within the heart of Suffolk supporting local producers. It’s been a fantastic journey and we’ve honestly enjoyed every year.
“We are proudly flying the flag for Suffolk and delighted to be part of Bury St Edmunds diverse selection of independent eateries. We are thrilled our customers enjoy the whole dining experience at Maison Bleue; and thank them for their continued support”
Our exceptional team work so hard to deliver exceptional front of house service and our award-winning seasonal menus; and they rightly deserve every award we gain.
Karine and I are a great team and I’m so proud to be patron with my beautiful wife.
Featured in magazines, newspapers and on BBC Radio we’d like to take this opportunity for all the media’s support. I enjoy writing regular columns for The Suffolk Resident, EADT, EDP and Bury Free Press and thank everyone for their encouragement.
Karine and I have big plans for the future with new menus and more creativity. Happiness is the best platform for a great business…
Hardens Guides, the UK’s most Authoritative Restaurant Guide, have this to say about Maison Bleue:
“Superior to many Michelin starred restaurants, and much better value” – Pascal and Karine Canavet’s characterful Gallic restaurant sits near the cathedral of this picturesque town and “just gets better and better”. The cuisine is “exceptional” and “beautifully presented too”, service is “impeccable” and the “very fine looking dining room” is “just the place to go to for romance”
